CONVENTION A – jointly organized by the European Actuarial Academy (EAA), the Actuarial Media Center (AMC) and many partners – will set a new standard for online conferences in the international actuarial community.
Close to 1,000 participants of the first CONVENTION A can expect a state-of-the-art online event experience that allows them to schedule their personal program, join diverse sessions, catch missed presentations, and interact with speakers and the audience. Unique to CONVENTION A are scheduled appointments that enable the participants to meet their colleagues in between sessions.
The event program is jointly created by many institutions from the actuarial community and companies active in the insurance industry. Each program partner will design at least one four-hour program block during the event week, and each participant will find offerings in a convenient time zone. Daily plenary sessions round out the offerings.
