The video competition organized by the International Actuarial Association in cooperation with actuview targets young actuaries including students. The contest whose main theme is „Bridge to Tomorrow“ is focussed on enhancing diversity and inclusion agendas globally.
Participants are expected to fulfill the following condition for them to take part in the ongoing contest. They must be under the age of 35, produce a short video under 7 minutes covering any of the listed diverse topics, and be a full or an associate member of IAA. The main objectives of this activity is to engage young actuaries on topical issues, to offer a platform for sharing knowledge and to ensure the young actuaries are well represented in the IAA and its member association.
The evaluation process of the videos will begin after the submission deadline (31st October 2022). After several stages of analysing the submitted videos, the four finalists will receive free air tickets to Sydney Australia where they will have a chance to present their videos at the International Congress of Actuaries 2023.
