Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 4th European Congress of Actuaries waspostponed until June 2022, and many other events continue to take place exclusively online. The Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE) is therefore delighted to provide new virtualformats in 2021, starting with the AAE Roundtable on Sustainability and Climate Risks.
This live event for the very first time took place on 23 March 2021. It featured an in-depth discussion withr epresentatives of the European Union Commission, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority,and the AAE on how actuaries can contribute to achieving the environmental goals of the EU.
